Light bodies is a series of paintings, photos and performances to explore emotional landscapes, geography of separation, corporeal boundaries and the search for connection through embracing "the other" in the immaterial space.

Our physical bodies are constantly changing like the earth's seasons.

We bump and bounce into each other like molecules.

We are made of water, minerals, and electromagnetic energy.

We are attracted to light and the dark.

When do you approach? When do you retreat?

 When are you able to regard the other as yourself?

In Lightbodies, I explore the edges of submitting to deepest desires of physical envelopment. When embraced, we forget our subjectivity in the material world. 

I am curious about the intuition of moving towards what is true in the unseen.

Sometimes we are drawn to safety, other times danger.

​

  I transmit these postures to inspire connection among all beings through the practice of loving, consensual embrace.
